Make your Destiny

What I think: My experience in IS101-3003/5, Spring 2026 was great, I had lovely peers and seeing their discipline made me want to do better. Most of my peers sometimes said that they were behind and so was I, but it obligates commendations to all of us who've stuck around, regardless of tribulations. Professor Wu has been the best guiding figure in this class even though this doesn't prompt you to be late on turning stuff in, just do your best and communicate. He will guide and tell you what's wrong but you have to figure out doing it correctly. He's not one to give answers but there was only twice when I didn't get it, couldn't solve it and needed some extra TLC.

6.9.7 Animation and Transition Facts: The course taught attention to detail and punctuality, especially this module, sometimes and before this class, there's so many over the top transitions like, I don't need my whole slide to turn into origami and fly away LOL. But in the back of my mind it only occurred that you can apply it to animations like text in content placeholders in slides.

My conclusion: I hope everyone makes it in life. You have the power to dictate where you want to go in life, and what you want to pursue, HMU, I'm a gamer too on PC.

  2. Hi Nicholas, I also have a past history working as a pharmacist, and let me just say customer service can really be hectic sometimes. Honestly, based on the way you talk to people and how approachable you are, you seem really good at handling customer service situations.

Meanwhile, there were days where I felt my patience getting tested every five minutes. I honestly think you are going to get very far no matter what course or career you pursue because you are easy to talk to and naturally connect well with people.

  3. With your slideshow presentation, I realize that there's a difference between a pharmacist and a pharmacy technician. Eye opening honestly, I thought they do both of the things you mentioned, apparently not! Lol. That said, I do wish the best for your journey in life and have more patience on those old people that goes to your pharmacy.

  6. Professor definitely wasn't one to give answers but help guide you towards it for you to understand and find the answer yourself. At times it may have been frustrating with something you may have found difficult but learning that way is the best a student can ask for.

  8. Yeah some of the animations and transitions are pretty over the top. It makes me wonder what kind of situations they would be properly used in. I mostly just like them because I think they're funny. Pharmacy Technicians have hard skin, I did an internship once and I decided that it wasn't for me. I hope you make it too!

  9. Spoken true words Nicholas, it has been a privilege learning from everyone, our class, our professor, and our classmates. I really enjoyed your presentations, both the Pharmacy Technician and Mortal Kombat, flawless victory for both! Hope all is good with your future career!

  10. Hi Nicholas. What stood out to me is your point about not using kindness from the instructor as a reason to turn things in late. Putting assignments off in IS101 can lead them to pile up. This class encourages students to prevent that by getting assignments done on time.

  12. Hey Nicholas! So this is the presentation that Prof. Wu thought was going to be perfect to show us, Saturday morning students. It looks very interesting and I would definitely be giving my fullest attention to this if I witnessed it haha.
